The DP system is based on the principle of the air-pressure difference between the inside and outside of the reactor tubes. By providing a constant mass flow into the tube, there will be a counter air-pressure that can be measured. Each air-pressure will be recorded during the reactor measurement and automatically classified into high, low or OK. Also the mass flow will be recorded to make sure it is within tolerance. There are maximum four stick operators that can do the tube measurement for each DP system set(of course you use multiple DP system sets). On screen of the stick information will be provided regarding the row and tube number measured or next to be measured. The main operator can monitor live and historical data of the sticks of the operators. When the measurement is completed the operator can archive the measurement data to a CSV or a PDF document (USB stick required).
Tubular reactor have different diameters of the pipes. Also parts with each set for diameters: 21, 26, 31, 38 and 45 mm.
